Is there a minimum age limit to apply for the DV 2006 program? There is no minimum age limitation to apply for this program but it is necessary to be at least a high school graduate or to have work experience of two years in a field which requires specialty.
Can more than one person from a family apply for the Green Card lottery? Yes. Each of them has the right to apply for individually. However, they cannot sign for each other. Each must sign his/her own application. The applicant should attach his/her own, his/her spouse’s and all children’s ( including those who were adopted by law and step children) newly taken photographs, even though they do not reside with him/her.All applicants must be citizens of the countries which are eligible to apply for the lottery.
