Don’t pressure women who model

Its funny how the whole modeling genre started. Especially for women and the pressures they have to go through in our society. I never realized that until I started hearing about the things women are doing to their bodies just so they will be physically accepted by society. I mean who are we to judge how anyone looks like?

The perfect human being is a healthy individual physically and mentally. Not someone who has to go on a diet and eat nothing but liquid just so they can stay in so called ’shape’. I think one thing we should take our focus on is women and their weight issues. Women are beautiful and if someone is a little bigger or smaller than the other, that is what makes them unique.

If you look at the women back in Marylin Monroe days, they were quite voluptuous. Yes as human beings are perception changes but we should always maintain the health factor behind it. Nothing is sexy about anorexia. Their is this one girl that I saw taking the sky-train station and I felt like offering her food because this poor girl was suffering from Anorexia and it was clear.

Women also need to be more confident about who they are. Yes you must strive for a healthy target and that is all there is. Don’t go all crazy saying big is beautiful and start pigging out. Or give up eating food entirely and turn into a little stick women with no butt at all. As women, you must understand that you are beautiful.

If it’s not healthy it’s not worth doing that is the rule of thumb that I live by. Don’t let others dictate what you should be doing or not doing. Your body is a gift and take care of it. It will make you do anything you want just make sure it’s functional and working properly. Fuel your body the right way and it will all be fine. So be happy, be alive and eat right. You are a very unique and beautiful individual and deserve the very best.
